What data we collect

Through the forms on this site, we only collect the data you voluntarily provide to contact us or request a booking: full name, email address, phone number, stay dates, number of guests, and any notes or messages.

We do not collect payment data through the site: bank transfer or PostePay details are communicated privately by email after availability is confirmed.

Purposes and legal basis for processing

• Responding to information requests — legal basis: consent of the data subject (voluntary submission of the form).
• Managing booking requests — legal basis: pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject.
• Tax and administrative obligations related to a confirmed stay — legal basis: legal obligation.

How form data is processed

The site's contact and booking forms use the FormSubmit service, which receives the submitted data and forwards it to the controller's email address. FormSubmit therefore acts as an external data processor solely for transmitting the message. For more information: FormSubmit's privacy policy.

Third-party services

The site uses the following external services, which may involve the transmission of data (including your IP address) to third-party servers:

• Google Maps — to show the property's location. It is only loaded after your explicit consent (see Cookie Policy).
• Google Analytics — to collect anonymous, aggregated statistics about site visits, with a truncated IP address. This too only runs after your consent.
• Google Fonts — to display the site's typefaces, loaded from Google's servers.
• FormSubmit — to receive by email the messages sent through the site's forms.

Data retention

Data collected through the forms is kept for as long as necessary to handle the request or stay, and in any case no longer than required by applicable tax and civil law.

Your rights

At any time you can exercise, by contacting us at the addresses above, the rights set out in Articles 15-22 of the GDPR: access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali) at www.garanteprivacy.it.
